Historique :
Edifice 2e moitié du XIIe siècle, fort endommagé durant les guerres de Religion. Selon l'abbé Michon, ses coupoles auraient été relevées ou restaurées en 1724, 1738, 1739 et 1740. Divers travaux y avaient été entrepris en 1838 et 1846, lorsque Paul Abadie mena, de 1847 à 1854, une radicale campagne de restauration. Il reconstruisit ultérieurement le clocher, qui avait été foudroyé le 27 février 1882
