Ambrussum is a Roman archaeological site in Villetelle, near Lunel, Hérault, the Via Domitia which led over the Pont Ambroix, ran at the foot of the settlement. Leading from it is a paved road with visible traces of Roman cart tracks. One of the piers had a triangular base on the northern, upstream face. Here a large tree, flotsam from the latest 'crue' or Vidourlade is balanced on the base.
